Enrolment Information

Thank you for considering an education at Good Shepherd Lutheran College. 

Ready to Apply?

1. Download an Enrolment Agreement Form
   1. Enrolment Agreement Form - Early Learning Centre
   2. Enrolment Agreement Form - Transition to Year 12
2. Have copies of the below documents ready
   1. Birth certificate (If your child was born overseas, we will require a copy of their Australian Citizenship OR current Visa)
   2. Immunisation records
   3. Latest student report 
   4. NAPLAN (Year 3 and above only)
3. Email completed Enrolment Agreement Form and supporting documentation to enrol@goodshepherd.nt.edu.au or drop off at any of our campuses.
4. To finalise your application, a once off application fee is payable (see notes below)
5. Once finalised, you will receive confirmation and outline of next steps.

Notes

• If submitting applications for multiple children, we will require one Enrolment Agreement Form per child. 
• By lodging sibling applications at the same time, you will only need to pay the application fee once.
• The application fee can be paid over the phone, in person at any of our campus receptions, or by direct deposit (Good Shepherd Lutheran College - Account: 155 408  BSB: 035 318, Surname as reference).
• Please note, applications do not guarantee a place at the College.
